The new top filter bar is an easy and powerful way to filter your mention results. You can now save the filters you have set and anything you wrote in the search box easily for future use! Just check out the Presets dropdown.

Super Powered Up Search Box!

The humble search box on the filter bar just got a power-up!
You can now use many new expressions to get the exact results you need.
So, you can use to exclude a keyword (e.g. -news) or multiple keywords in a row. You can also use OR clause between the keywords. Also, there is a number of indicators to filter specific properties such as country, language, profile, or site. You can also use the […] icon to have more space to write a larger query.
For example, if you want to get results from the UK and the US containing the keywords potato and recipe but excluding results from the user “john12” and excluding the word roast you could type in the search box:

potato recipe country: UK country: US -profile:john12 -roast

You can then save your query as a preset if you want to use it in the future!

Exciting Information on your mentions’ Social Reach & Social Engagement

Now you can see the Social Reach of your Mentions, depending on any filters you have set and even the individual reach for each different social source (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc).
You can also see the Social Engagement that all your mentions had and even a breakdown to Total Likes/Favorites, Shares/Retweets, Comments, Video views, and shares of social pages.
