The Updated Overview Dashboard
In our latest updates, we added paging in every channel box, so you can switch pages and have a quick look at what people say about your brand. That way, you can easily choose which mentions are worth your time at a glance!
But There’s More!
Now, you can also select to view your social and web mentions filtered by sentiment (positive, negative, or neutral) in every channel box. By using these filters you’re able to understand immediately if your brand is doing well in social every day, or if there’s something concerning.
Apart from the sentiment filters, we took a step beyond and added also Date, Reach, and Engagement as filtering options for your mentions in every channel box. Thus, you can view your latest mentions first, the mentions from the highly-ranked profiles first, or the ones with the bigger engagement rate.

Last, if you have activated the “Compare to past period” option at your date period filters, you can also switch between the current or past mentions and filter them by the new options, directly in the channel boxes.
This can be of great help to quickly compare your brand’s or campaign’s performance now and in the past.
From now on, you won’t have to dive into huge reports for your simple daily tasks! All you need is right in your Overview Dashboard.
